So it’s #mentalhealthawarenessweek , so I thought for each day of this week, I will write a poem about mental illness. Today’s is about stress – which can lead to mental illness. I will also be posting some great coping strategies for stress later on! Remember to look after yourselves!

A creature of habit.
Lots of hardship.
